Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product descriptions, brand logos, or any references to the nature of the contents on the outside of the package.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We do not deliver to PO Boxes — please ensure a valid street address is provided to avoid delivery issues.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
