Return & Refund Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect the health and safety of all customers.
1. Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-approved by our support team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or refunded. Please contact us before sending any item back to receive a return authorization, the correct return address, and detailed instructions.
2. Eligible Returns
Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is completely unused
- The product remains unopened in its original sealed packaging
- All original packaging, accessories, and components are intact and undamaged
- The product is in a resellable condition, as determined upon inspection
The return window begins from the date the carrier confirms delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Used products of any kind
- Products with broken, removed, or tampered seals
- Any personal intimate items that have been handled or unsealed
All intimate products are considered final sale once opened. Returned items are never resold for hygiene reasons.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and its condition
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will offer either a replacement shipment or a full refund, at our discretion.
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
7. Return Shipping Fees
For approved returns not caused by our error (e.g., not due to a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Any carrier handling or processing fees
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier or customs may be subject to reshipping fees or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances.
9. Inspection & Refund Adjustment
All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject refunds based on the condition of the returned item
- Issue partial refunds if items show signs of use, damage, missing components, or tampering
- Reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication. We reserve the right to submit evidence of delivery, product condition, and correspondence records in any dispute proceedings.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of this policy.
12. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization confirmation
- The designated return address
- Step-by-step return instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected.
